Talk to General Physician on Too High HbD And Decreased HbA Fraction

Assalam o Alaikum. I have done my hb electrophoresis test and in reports hbD is 38.4 and hbA fraction is 59. And reports indicate peak/band between hb D region with consistent with hb D trait. Kindly guide me regarding this, is it serious problem or not as i m so stressed about that to know. The most important thing I must mention is that my hb is normal. MCV is too low.
