Too Much Headache

Question

dear docs. i get frequent headaches. twice a week sometimes. may b because of gastric issues but not sure. whenever i am hungry or stop poop intentionally, i get heachache. never visited a doctor for this. plz tell me what kind of tests to perform and what kind of doctor to visit. or suggest somthing.
