Tpha Positive But Vdrl Negative

Question

I had done my medical for visa the reports showed that my tpha becones positive when its quantitative value is taken and vdrl is always negative.i have no history of syphilis or any other disease but had blood drips for two this thing harmfull for my health n requires trearment??

Perform second treponemal test one of these 1-FTA-ABS 2-TP-EIA 3-CIA test if positive need treatment otherwise not . TPHA remain positive through out life

same situation with  i have done TPHA test from agha khan it is non reactive. now i don't understand what to do next when there is no such disease at all
