Tremors, Shaky Hands

Question

ASA, i am facing an issue of tremors. I am 3rd year B.D.S student, i have severe anxiety when ever i do any practical work or procedure on a patient my hands start to shake and they feel weak as if i have no strength to grip instruments. I am very afraid of my future that will i be able to do any clinical work with these jerks in my hands. Sometime they even shake when i use my phone. Why is this happening? is it an essential tremor or due to anxiety? is there any hope of fixing this, I\'m lost!!

P.s: I also masturbate,maybe its because of it?
