no nothing. I noticed its triggered by stress usually. one doc recommended me neurobion , I started taking that then these symptoms somehow subsided

deficiency of vit b12(which is present in neurobion) can cause these kinds of symptoms..if its improving with neurobion then it might be the cause..if you want to be more sure you can get your vit b12 levels checked so that a proper treatment plan can be made regarding how long and what dose you should take b12
