Talk to General Physician on Type 2 Diabetes, Morning Fasting Sugar Spikes

My mother is diabetic type 2 since last 10 years. Her last hba1c done in Jan2020 was 6.8%. She is using DapaMet 5/1000 BD with Novomix 30 (32 morn 28 nite) with Eziday 50mg. After Jan 2020 till last week her sugar levels both fasting and random were within recommended ranges but since last 10 days her morning fasting sugar spikes to above 180 even on some days while it remains normal other days with same units and same medicine. Her 2 hrs after dinner sugar comes normal while on the morning the fasting becomes high upto 180_200. Other than morning fasting her sugar at other times remains normal.
