How can i be sure i'm type 1 or type 2
I have diabetes from last 4 years thinking i'm type2
I don't want to sound like a nerd but today a dr told me that you are type1 not type2.
I got my Cpeptide tested which is High But my fasting insulin is low, so am i type 1 or type 2?
I'm not taking any medicine and just avoiding carbs and my HBA1C is 6.6

in type 1 usually c peptide is low but in young age type 1 is more common than type 2 except in MODY case. check your blood sugar twice daily one before breakfast and another one 2 hour after lunch (make a chart) and check your blood sugar for one week then send me its picture, I'll tell you then what's your problem
Dear type 1 diabetes is assocuated with early age and diabetic family history mostly.. the c peptode levels are usully low in type one diabetes and insulin levels are also low in type one diabetes .. u have any family history of diabetes ???
