1 week mara fever nai utr raha hai tu typhoid test karwya tu igG negative or igM positive aaya doctor ny bola k med khani pary gi so mainy 5 days azomax 500 mg li or sath cefspan 400mg li hai abi continue hai 10 din khani hai lakin fever 99 ho jata hai plz help k ya kitny din tak utry ga sth muslas ma kicho b bht ho jata hai

IGM positive matlab apko active infection nai hai lekin if fever still there, then we also give IV antibiotic for five days usse fever jaldi resolve hojata hai
blood culture is diagnostic.but since u have already started on antibiotics, ur culture might not give true picture.its better to take medication for further 5 days
Probably ap neck stiffness ki bhi history de rhi hin.

in case of typhoid fever treatment is for 2 weeks and as in Pakistan there is a lot of resistant cases it means typhoid fever doesn't subside with routine antityphoid antibiotics so need to consult with an infectious disease specialist or a well experienced specialist physician soon
