Injections Rocephin 2 Grams in 100cc Normal saline I/V OD for five days then shift to oral cefixime 400mg OD for further five days
Take tablet Paracetamol for fever
Syp Lysovit(multivitamin)
2 TSF three times in a day
Bed rest and take plenty of fluid to keep youself hydrated
only typhi dot positive doesnt mean u have typhoid.

this is obselete test now. For typhoid u should go for blood culture.

Typhidot test has very low specificity for typhoid fever. You should have your blood culture done first..
