My cousin was diagnosed with typhoid around a month ago. She is taking cebosh 400 mg but there is no improvement in fever. Please advice
Tab panadol 3 times a day tab azomax 500 mg 2 times a day for 1 week

Needs thorough assessment and detailed history. Widal is not a reliable test for typhoid. Blood culture and other serological tests are required to reach correct diagnosis.
Widal is no more considered and typhoid cannot continue for a month
