Aoa I was diagnosed with ulcerative colotis And was prescribed steroids (deltacotril) high dose for 5 months and Mesalazine 800 mg thrice a day But it failed and i had flare ups So i was switched to Azathioprine 50mg twice and Mesalazine thrice a day As i was suffering from auto immune disorder M taking these medicines to suppress my immune system What should i do to boost immunity during this pandemic ?
