Talk to General Physician on Ulcerative Colitis, Malnutrition

Hi, I am an Ulcerative colitis patient. I am taking Asacol, and ITP itopride tablet. Now the problem is I am suffering from leg cramps and joint pain. According to my Dr, it's due to malnutrition and prescribed Ensure milk and OTC pain killers as well. But ensure milk cause bloating. I am eating specific vegetables with roti like pumpkin, baby pumpkin, Loki and banana shake. So, I want the experts here please prescribe something for malnutrition.
