From 2 to 3months ago whenever i clean my nose with finger a feel a blood type spot. This occurs so rarely. It does not happen when washing with water. But finger gets spot or dot of blood. Today i found a dry piece a blood. Though very small. Attachibg a pic fof reference. Do i need to go to any doc or just ignore
