Talk to General Physician on Unable To Find Medicine

Hi Doctor prescribed medicine which are not available in my city. My doctor is 150Km away from me. I can't go overthere again. Medical store person has given me alternative medicine but i am unsure these are right or not. Please help me. I am in 12th week of pregnancy. Doctor recommended me Tab E-Cal, Tab Fertifei, D cal milk Powder, Syp Replai but at medical store they have given me Evo Prime instead of E-cal, Bisleri Tablet for fertifei and diaacid syrup ,Nutri Dux milk. I have attacked both what i purchased and what was prescribed. I have migrane(after my 10th class) , weakness, voimating and pain in legs and stomach.
