Asking for Mother, Female, 55 years old, Karachi

Salam. My mother is diabetic (using vildomet, getryl and xplendid for high cholestrol) she is not hypertensive but yesterday she had 140/90 bp for which she took ramipace, she was suffering from severe cough, fever (around 102) , backach for which she went to a dr yesterday. He gave leflox 500 mg, kestine, hydrilline. She took these medicines and after 6 hours at 3am she went to the washroom and fell down and when i went there she was unconcious for 2 mints and after that started vomiting. After that she was all pale with blue lips and cold body. At that time her RBS was 180 and bp: 110/80. What could be the cause of unconciousness?

it has to be urgently seen by a physician..it could be an episode of arrhythmia, a septic shock, a transient ischemic attack, or cardiovascular event.any respiratory distress needs to be ruled out...investigations needs to be done...
