assalamoalaikum! loose motions from 3 days... frequency twice a day only in the morning... abdominal pain... fatigue... sore taste... is it diarrhea? or seasonal issues like dengu maleria, etc please suggest medication for that?

May I ask did you start any new diet or medicine? Any special changes in your routine or work? What type of abdominal pain you have and where is it? Any fever? Any nausea? It's not a good idea to start antidiarrheal medication for only two episodes a day. Diarrhea can be a feature of other infections. Please book an appointment for proper guidance. Thanks

it started with flu and a little fever... no change in diet or medicine...
In fact, i took panadol and Fever/flu gone ... but stomach pain was there for more than two days... i continued with a soft diet like bread and rice and also took ORs to prevent dehydration as i was having loose motions... now it's almost fine... sadly, i did not have enough time and help to get myself checked at the hospital in time...

usually diarrhea kisi virus ya bacteria ya parasite ko body se nikal ne k liye hota hai is liye ORS piyen k dehydration na ho.
