sir, isko asymptomatic bacteriria kehtey hain , yani peshab mein bacteria hai magar infection k symptoms nahi hain, aam halat mein isko dawa ki zaroorat nahi magar kuoon k aap ki wife pregnant hain isliye is ko antibiotics dekar treat karna chahiye.
