Talk to General Physician on Uti

I have uti with pus cell 40-45 hf but no blood and positive leucocytes. kub show fullness in plevicalyceal in left kidney. I am taking ciproxen 500mg 2 times and it is 3rd day of medicine my urine output is decreased I am drinking 3 liter of wather and also flank pain is urine itna kam nahe ata tha it is due to treatment ya dobara dr ko dhekao us nay 10 days tak lene ko bola.
