Talk to General Physician on Vaccination Information

This question is regarding vaccines. My university requires that I should have had two shots of MMR vaccine, at least one shot of T-dap (Tetanus, Diphtheria/Pertussis), and Q-Gold TB testing. I only had 1 shot of MMR in my childhood and got 3 shots of DPT instead of T-dap. I also got my second covid shot on the 1st July.

My question is, can I get these three things done at any time? Or do I need to give a gap between vaccines and testing? Also, from where can I get these three things done in Karachi? Thanks in advance!
