Talk to General Physician on Veins, Shoulder,feet ,

Assalamualaikum. Since 2 months I'm feeling like some kind of flow in my feet. Something moving in my veins in feet. My leg cramps are at worst. I feel like my veins in legs are badly pulled. My Heart beat is also feels fast when I move down stairs and upstairs. My shoulders also feel weak and stretched. I can't sit properly without back support. Whenever I sit for a moment without back support or pull something heavy,my backpain is on its peak. Please give me better suggestion
