Asking For Wife, Female 29, Khushab
My wife suffered from cold/flue .She used acyfyl syrup during flu. her flu is now ok but From past one week she is suffering from vertigo. Her head is feeling spinning all the time . We did blood tests. everything is normal. Any help will be appreciated. now she is using novidate 500mg twice a day from last 3 days but no improvement. she used senier 8mg one time but it worsened her condition. help needed please

no infection signs. no temperature . no pain in ear. just head spinning all the time once she took acyfyl syrup in flu.

it has many causes so need to be visited by a specialist physician or ENT specialist soon after taking history and doing physical examination then everything will be cleared up and treatment will be started.
