Talk to General Physician on Vertigo And Headache

I am feeling headache starting with day starts and ends in the evening from 5 days but now feeling vertigo, head spinning specially after eating or walking. This situation was also in last winters after a head injury but after using medicines or in whole summer I was perfectly fine. My ct scan was also normal at that time. What should I do now as I feels its due to winters or something else.
