Vertigo suddenly hit me in the middle of the night about two days ago. The symptoms continued to persist, and now my head won’t stop spinning every time I lay down or get out of the bed. I’m a healthy guy with no such complainants from the past. Important to mention is that I moved abroad a month ago, and I’ve lost some weight since (I’d say about 6-7kgs in the past month). I have increased my food intake tho, but it hasn’t been of any help either. Everything is fine, it’s just the dizziness I face every time I change my position. Kindly advise and prescribe medicines, which can easily be obtained from any drugstore. Thank you.
