Talk to General Physician on Vertigo , Dizziness Facing

Facing Dizziness from yesterday, Can't move my head to see around. At morning can not stand and walk, when I tried to walk I did vomit. my BP is 120/70 and temperature is 96. taking Serc, and stemetil three time a day. please Recommend a specialist who can help me out from this disease. any how many days i will face this issue?, cant go to office.
