I went through dengue very recentl. my platelets are back to lower range of normal. I'm feeling very lite Flank pain in slow pulses on both sides. I'm having fruits drinks, to recover energy. I'm asking is, is this a normal After effect?

is any blood in urine ?
it will be better after some days
family history of renal disease? occupation?
like renal stones
associated symptoms?
burning micturation, fever, any other symptoms?
share your last CBC, if urine D/R done previously share it here as well
