it's probably upper respiratory tract infection (could be pharyngitis or tonsillitis), no need to take antibiotics for viral infection
since when you are taking antibiotics?
do gargles with lukewarm water plus salt
do steam inhalation 8 hourly (don't add Vicks vaporub in it)
do temperature charting
kindly book an appointment for proper evaluation and management
