I have been taking vitamin c (cecon 500mg) for 2 or 3 weeks.i'm using it for facial pigments or dots. kindly guide me, is it good or not?

use vitamin c serum of any good brand ... also check ur hb and use iron supplements... instead of using cecon use lemon water every morning
