My mother use to take Vitamin D capsule ( Sglndrop D) once in a week. So I need to know that, Is is Alright to continue this capsule once in a week or once in a month should be enough?

Yes alright but also make sure she gets some exposure to sunlight as well. Also include fish in her diet. Would be great if you get customized diet plan for her
