Hello. Mujy bones mei bht pain rehta tha mne apna test karaya jis mei vitamin D 9 tha. Dr recommended indrop injection and vitamin D medicine but im taking medicine and not injc its been 2 months now please suggest me k kya injection sy koi nuksan tu ni hoga agar mn lun koi weight gain tu ni hota or kab kab lena hoga injection
oral lena he na injection ma'am, it can be used if used properly

when vit D is very low...it is better to have injections....more over the cause of low VIT D should be sought out
