Talk to General Physician on Vitamin D Deficiency

person-avatar

Asking for Self, Male, 27 years old, Karachi

My test shows that I have 9.43 Vitamin D level where under 10 is considered as severe deficiency.

I went to doctor and he asked me to take tablets that contain 200,000 IU for Vitamin D per week for four weeks, which is like overdosing since recommended dose for deficiency is 50,000 IU.

Can you recommend me right medicine so that I can cope up with deficiency?

General Physician in Lahore - Dr. Zeeshan Ghaffar Rana
