I have checked my vitamin D and it’s 17 so I want to ask if I can take 200000iu sunny d capsules every month for upto 3 months . Last dec when I did test for vit d it was 18 and I took 2 capsules for 2 months. Now in august it’s again 17. Kindly suggest what is best dose to maintain its level.
