My vitamin b12 level is lower than range.. My result is 136 pg/ml.should I go for supplimen or injection or it will be cover by food source.

yes it will cover by food source but why u did vit b12 this is important
Normally vit B12 deficiency should not occur at your age and it is more important to find out the cause of deficiency like gastric or small intestine problems including celic disease and malabsorption etc.Yes you take oral medical only if your stomach and intestine are healthy enough to absorb it but if they are not then you will need intramuscular injection and before that you must get assessed by physician for possible cause of deficiency and when that cause will be treated, you will get permanent treatment and will not any tablets or injection and this deficiency will be recovered by just diet or for temporary treatment only.regards
