My friend is having an issue nowadays, he feels swollen on hand when he holds something. It's not happening on a regular basis but sometimes he feels this.
He has vitamins D deficiency and he has been having medicine for this for the last 1 year.
He went to the pharmacist and told him that he has white patches on his hand as well pharmacist said he has maybe calcium deficiency .

ok may continue this treatment for a month drink 7-8 glasses water daily
Continue same and Start Calcium and iron as well Tablet as well so use the following with above B vitamin .
Tab Calcidol 1 tab daily
Tab Ibret Folic 1 tab daily
for at least 1 month and then consult.
In the mean while Check Your
HB and serum calcium
