Asking For Brother, Male 19, isb
my friend is 19 year old. He can speak properly but his voice is not clear. He has issue with voice. It seems as if someone has tightened his throat when he speaks. I cant explain properly. I just want to ask who is the concerned doctor for this ? should he visit ENT or any other speciality doctor ? plz hlp

Does he have any problems with swallowing food? How is his weight? Is the problem there all the time? ENT may put a narrow tube with a camera at the end in the mouth to see if there is any problem. If it is all ok, then you can take him to a speech therapist. Speech therapist help patient’s correct their pronunciation problems.

Nope , he do not have pronunciation problem, nor in swallowing food. And his voice is unclear all the time. permanent
