I am on gluten free diet, my problem is i can't travel in a.c car or buses , mujhy bht ziada vomit hjati hai, even i can't travel in van for my university, matli hjati hai, and sara din stomach ajeeb sa rehta hai, Please suggest some tips, Thankyou in advance
