Talk to General Physician on Vomit Nausea Constipation Restlessness

Aoa drs From 2 months i was facing loose motion once daily full watery Day before yesterday i had constipation i ate amrood n cucumber in dinner Next morning i had severe restlesness high palpitation nausea too much .. n then lots of vomit and again nausea after vomit and 102 temp I went to emergency had following treatment.. Im now facing stomachach nausea again and restlessness.. should i got to hospital again .. or will it set as time will pass by Plz tell name of medicine with arrow n how many tablets daily thankyou so much
