Dear; I have problem that I walk while i am sleeping. Some times I see horror dreams and then get afraid and ran away, which is very dangerous when i sleep on top roof. I consult with many of the doctors, psychologists and general. All they recommended me sleeping pills. I am afraid if i start taking that, i will become habitual of that med. If someone can recommend me something I will appreciate.

1st of all try to sleep with one thin pillow dont use 2 3 pillows as it leads to low levels of oxygen at night which can lead to nightmares.
2ndly sleep walking is dangerous you need to seek pyschiatry help for that.
there is 1 rule when you start pyschiatry medicine you can stop it by tappering off the dose gradually over a period of time. there is no harm in seeking help

I visited Agha Khan Hospital Karachi, doctor (He was expert in mental health) discussed everything for about half an hour. At the end he suggested me sleeping pills.
One more thing he said you may use some wet cloth lay outer periphery of the bed on the ground so when i will try to walk my feet will get wet and will awake.
I may book your appointment after a day.

Dear brother, try mindfulness techniques and stressfree yourself in the morning...
before sleeping talk positively to yourself.. and follow deep breathing...
take warm bath to relax yourself before sleeping.. stick to a routine..
dnt get yourself sleep deprived..
drink warm milk before sleeping..
avoind eating 2 hours atleast before sleeping..
In Sha Allah these techniques will help u..
now, i dnt know about your routine and stress level.. u need to control your stress levels..
deep Breathing and PMR should be done daily before sleeping..
try to avoid medication..
