It's hard to give advice without seeing the bumps and taking complete history. Bumps on tongue have multiple causes. Some of them decrease in size but some don't. So it's best to consult a dentist for it.

Ok, then keep checking for any increase in size or any colour changes or pain. If you have any symptoms, please consult again. For now, take the medications as advised by other doctors in the platform. May I know, do you smoke? Smoking is also a risk factor, and if its history is positive, then we need to evaluate it in details.

They're normal. For some people they're more noticeable. It's concerning for us if they're rapidly increasing in size or are painful or bleeding or if there's history of smoking.Otherwise, they're not so serious. Kindly check your CBC to rule out any anemia as the cause of it. Otherwise, everything is fine if they are not enlarging.
