aoa,i have been facing this problem for 3 body feels lightweight when i sitting,standing or laying and while saying feels waves moving in head i went to ENT,medicine specialist ,they ruled out any problem and just gave me multivitamins but i m not fine yet kindly tell me what is the issue and whixh dr should i consult now
