Talk to General Physician on Weakness

i gave birth via c section 4 months back. since then i have been feeling very weak. i usually go numb mentally, forget what i was doing, forget little things. i feel weak emotionally and physically. my skin has been extremely dull. please suggest me some multivitamins so that i can cope up with the weakness
