Weakness And Body Pains

Question

Aoa I am a mother of two months old I breastfeed my baby and i use to wake up all the night with her but take enough sleep in the morning . since last two days I am suffering from headache + body pains Especially in my shoulders , back and legs. I feel so weak I can't stand for a long time. I feel like fever but whenever I check it the temperature is normal . Taking iron tablets and calcium as prescribed by doctor. Please guide me
