I m 16 year old girl and matric student. I have been facing weakness since one month and dullness on face. I m using acne medicine ( azitma ) since 3 months. is ka ilawa koi medical history nai ha alhamdulilah lekin kch dinu sa kamzori feel ho rhi. so kr uthna ka baad bhi freshness nai mehsos hoti balka chakar ata hn
You may be having some kind of Anaemia.It is common in girls and women in Pakistan due to imbalanced diet and malnutrition.
Azitma does effects liver especially if taken since 3 months!!
I suggest stop Azitma till tests are done.These tests are suggested

Get the tests CBC and LFT done to see if liver and blood cytology is normal.

I would stop Azitma if liver tests are not normal.However keep your own doctor informed.It is only after blood tests that one can decide if Azitma should be stopped.
