Aslam O Alaikum! Main apna apko compare karta hun last 6 months sai to kafi zayada mere ander weakness araahe hai. Sab sai pehla ye kai color dull hota ja raha hai. Ankhon kai necha halka bhut zayada hain. Pain bhut zayada hai body main. Baal bhut zayada gir rahay hain. Joint pain ho raha hai. Pait phool raha hai. Khana khanay kai bad vomiting si feeling ati hai. Dullness aur weakness bhut shadeed hai.
