AOA,kindly take more water because your Pl. count is very high & take Tab. Folic Acid,you’ll be fine.
Yiur HB is low 10. You need to start tab ibert folic once daily for 4 weeks and repeat blood cp after 4 week do your serum ferritin level and blood peripheral film

Are u using any medication for fracture,,how it was treated ,open fracture/closed fracture, whether with surgical procedure or POP,,If was surgical intervention was done ,,there might be chance of infected wound??leading to increased TLC count.As far as dizziness and weakness some pain killers if prescribed do have sedation,,consider these things in mind still not satisfied get appointment so as to avoid mismanagement bcos history, labs,other things does matter rather than focusing on lab report,fracture, dizziness, weakness,,

Can u share the medicines name you are taking
Medicines are good ones,,can cause lethargic snixamol,,,will be better but source of infection should be excluded,,Hb level another factor but for our Asian countries, not too low,but

Cap fefolvit once daily for 3 to 4 months
