SunnyD 2 lac IU once a week for 4 weeks. Take tab zincat once a day for 15 days( or you can take one boiled egg and one glass of fresh milk and half cup of fresh yogurt ).Try to eat healthy and nutritious food. take these multivitamins for a month .
