check blood sugar both fasting and random or visit a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared
yes check a blood sugar ,add cbc with it to rule out anemia
have an ECG if available , and specially repeat it when you had such episode or as cardiac arrhythmia can occure in young
