A.A I am 43 years old and have three kids. By profession I am a banker and I have to spend much time in office and look after home too. My energy level gets too down. I am suggested to take iron n multivitamins but the problem is I can't bear smell of multivitamins and feel vomit after taking it. Iron n folic acidto causes me like my head is spinning for days even after just taking one doze..... I don't know it's solution... Can't cover this deficiency with food but don't know the solution of this problem.... Kindly suggest it's solution
u was misguide by so called Dr why u r taking artificially factory made multivitamin just fresh fruits and green vegetables for iron u can take apples first question is what is ur serum iron level
