Since all your baselines are normal, and your symptoms have persisted for 6 months, you could be suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome. A condition often triggered by viral infections. The symptoms can sometimes overlap with depression. It could be worth while to consult a psychiatrist.
Moreover, CFS takes sometime to resolve and there is no specific treatment for it. You can however benefit from exercises like walking, swimming and bicycling.
Autoimmune conditions are not that common at your age and occur mostly in females. If you are still concerned about it, you could get an ANA test done from a reputable lab.
Best wishes.

MRI suggest disc bulge. loss of curve. but this can be treated without surgery. You need proper treatment and follow up. Along with electrotherapy, neck extension exercises, mobilization and traction can help you. If you want you can book appointment with me through marham.
