Aoa. Dr. Plz guide me. After 3rd delevery from 8 months, i continuously lost my weight. main bachy ko feed b nai krwati. Delevery ke bad sy ab tak 13 kg kam ho hr month mera 2 kg sy 1 kg kam zaror hota hai. bhokh bardash nai hoti bp low hne lag peti thek hn.
