Thank you for your reply. Do we need to see a doctor if this is not in normal range? Is it serious?

General Physician in Karachi - Dr. Rubina Aslam Khan.

Beta first of all mention if you are non affording poor and needy....in that case we will give you free consultation and can help you further but if it is not the case then do proper booking for consultation.

Are you nonaffording??plz mention so we can offer you free consultation otherwise
Plz do proper booking for consultation so doctors on this forum who are here to earn a livelihood for their families as it is their profession as well can give you consultation and also get benefitted themselves too....or they can offer free consultation with out any charges if you are poor and non affording but it is not nice at all that each and every person just wants to seek free advise as if doctors are just there to do it for free not realizing that its their profession as well....and it is also not nice that you people throw thousands on junk food etc but you are always reluctant to pay the fees of doctors who are the least paid professionals in Pakistan although they spend their whole lives in studying and acquiring knowledge...
plz change this attitude as doctors are also humans and have families to take care of.
jzk kher.
Regards
Dr.RTM.

If you have a problem, then why are you on this Marham App. "Ask anonymously for free advice" (whether needy or not) is one of the features for their loyal customers who booked appointment for their loved ones so many times in past with Marham App. It is not a compulsory for doctors to reply. I posted this question on Saturday almost 3 days ago, just to double check because I was sure that it is in normal range Alhumdullilah. Please don't take your frustration on patients ( all patients are needy for doctor empathy and honest whether they afford or they can't afford)

You just reminded me my horrible experiences in dealing with doctors when I used to live in Pakistan who lack empathy, whose prescriptions were one of the marketing tools of big pharmas ,a greedy very well known no. 1 hepatologist used to prescribed me category c medication if a multinational pharma just to meet their sales target when local pharmacy were already introduced category B medication for that disease.

General Physician in Karachi - Dr. Rubina Aslam Khan.

if saying the truth with honesty is rude then okay I m rude. but at least im not a hypocrite not to go against the wrong norms of society
Doctors get only 40thousand in private sector....is this justice they spend all their lives studying !!! and a non qualified MPA gets nine lacs as monthly salary....
is this justice ????
people who throw thousands on junk food become miser to do even a proper booking to give consultation fees to the doctor even when they can afford....is this Justice ????

And for your kind information just for the sake of clarity I have been treating patients of infertilty who are charged lacs of rupees by other gynecologist totally free without charging them a single penny for the last thirty years and I am doing this on my own.
I am only advocating here for those young doctors who are highly qualified and yet get only minimal salaries and people like advisors and MPAS etc get tens of lacs monthly salary.
One should have a heart to listen to truth and criticism.
Why cant affordable patients do a proper booking for consultation instead of trying to save the rightful fees of these poorly paid doctors????
